Users of youbloom can sign up as a Fan, an Artist or a Show Creator. Signing up and switching between these different Personas is easy and can all be done with one email address.
Ratings
On youbloom everyone has a voice. All our personas (Artist/Band, Fan and Show Creator) receive an email from youbloom’s rating system following events. Fans are able to rate the Artist/Band, Show Creators rate the Artists/Bands and Artists/Bands can rate the Show Creator.
Fans
Why should I sign up as a fan?
By signing up, you could be buying a ticket for a show. You could also be “Requesting” an Artist/ Band to perform in your city, or learning about upcoming shows. When an Artist/Band you have “Requested” has a live show in your city we will let you know it’s happening. “Requesting” fans may also receive a discount off the regular ticket price. We’ll send you a link and if relevant, a discount code to buy your ticket.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
What is your refund policy?
We can only offer refunds if the show has been canceled or rescheduled.We are unable to offer refunds under any other circumstances. Please check the date, time, and location carefully before booking to make sure that you can attend the event.
What if the artist I want to request is not listed?
Tell us about the Artists you want to see by using the “Don’t See the Artists You Like” feature in our Artist/Band Request form on the youbloom home page and in your Fan dashboard and we will send them a message to let them know you have requested them to perform in your city.
Do you send physical tickets?
No, all tickets on youbloom are digital. Tickets will be sent to your email immediately following your purchase.
Ticket Pricing:
On youbloom the price you see is the price you get. There are no hidden fees to be found when you go to checkout.

Who can sign up to be an Artist/Band on youbloomConnect?
Any artist, from anywhere around the world can become an Artist/Band on youbloomConnect, and there’s no cost to sign up. Sign up here and fill out your Artist Details (which populate your artist page) to join the youbloom ecosystem.
Why should I sign up?
By signing up with youbloom, you’re joining a community of Artist/Bands, Fans, and Show Creators who are here to help you grow your fanbase, live performances and revenues locally and beyond. The more Fans that request you, the more shows you can perform in, and the more tickets and merch you can sell! Sign up today to claim your youbloom Artist/Band Dashboard, from here you can monitor your Requests, see your ratings and update all of your profile details.
How do I get selected for gig opportunities?
Show Creators contact you with offers. The more Requests you have from Fans, the more attractive you are to Show Creators. Increase your Requests by sharing your “UARL” (Unique Artist Request Link) which you can find in your Artist dashboard, with your Fans to increase your chances of getting Gig Opportunities.
How do Artists get paid for shows?
Artists/Bands get paid by the Show Creator. What makes youbloom different however is that Artist/Bands have the power to rate the Show Creators on our platform. This allows you (The Artist/Band) to share your experience of working with our Show Creators.

With youbloom, you have the convenience of handling artist bookings and ticket sales seamlessly through our user-friendly platform. From selecting artists to coordinating logistics, you have the flexibility to design events that align with your vision.
Access to a Database of Artists/Bands: youbloom offers a comprehensive database of artists, allowing Show Creators to explore and discover a diverse range of talents.
Demand Insights: The platform provides insights into the demand for specific artists using our Request feature, helping you make informed decisions about the lineup for your event. This ensures that you can feature artists who are popular and align with the interests of your audience.

Do you promote my event ?
youbloom will promote your events to all fans local to you and will include discount codes where relevant for fans who have Requested Artists/Bands that appear in your show line ups. Your event will also be live on https://youbloom.com/shows/.
How do I get paid through youbloom?
youbloom makes payments to Show Creators following the end of the event. You will be able to see your detailed ticket sales data in your Show Creator Dashboard.

What If I Have to Cancel a Show?
If for any reason you need to cancel an upcoming show, all you have to do is contact us at youbloom customer support with the link to the show you need taken down and we will handle the rest. Please give us as much notice as possible when it comes to canceling a show.
