How do I sign up for youbloom?

Sign up as a Fan, Artist, or Show Creator using one email account. Switching between these roles is simple and can be done through your dashboard.

Follow these steps to register on youbloom:

Step 1: Choose a Persona

As shown in Image 1, you’ll start by selecting one of the personas (Show Creator, Fan, or Artist) that best describes your role. You can sign up with one email address for all three personas if needed.

Step 2: Fill Out Basic Information

After selecting your persona, you’ll proceed to the sign-up form shown in Image 2. You’ll need to provide basic information such as your first name, last name, email address, and password.

Note that additional personal details may be required later in the process, which you’ll fill out during the next steps of the registration.

Step 3: Complete Registration

Once you submit your registration form, you will receive an email with instructions for the next step in completing your account setup.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

In case you forget your password, you can reset it by going to the Login page and selecting Forgot Password. Enter either your email or username, and you will receive a password reset link via email.

How do I buy tickets for an event?

Fans can purchase tickets for live events through youbloom’s platform. All tickets are digital and sent via email.
